The frame is made from galvanised steel profiles measuring 78 mm wide and 1 mm thick, zinc-coated to 275 g/m² for maximum corrosion resistance. Each arch is reinforced, and the structure is anchored 40 cm into the ground for enhanced stability. The aluminium ridge adds strength and protects the glazing from excess moisture.
